This popped into my head earlier and I can't recall what it's from.
Was thinking maybe Chris Pratt in the LEGO Movie but can't find any evidence of that in either the Lego movie transcript or GotG, so maybe not.
Anyway, I think it's a character that is possibly regaining consciousness or suffering from a concussion or explosion. The screen might be black during the beginning of it. Fairly sure it's a temporarily defeated or depressed hero NOT a villain saying it. Probably a cartoon, probably *not* an anime (just because I feel like it's a heavier moment in a usually light cartoon).
Still really feels like Chris Pratt but could very well be something like Spider-man, but I don't think so. I dunno. The delivery is NOT GREAT and very obviously vo, so I keep thinking cartoon Chris Pratt. :x
