Just got back from a great stay at a Secrets resort in Mexico. I have gotten Montezuma's Revenge in a bad way on a previous trip elsewhere (not an AI) from eating Ceviche. This time I avoided eating raw fish (sushi, crudo, sashimi etc). It looked great but I was concerned about temperatures, handling and getting sick.

Am I being overly cautious? I wanted to eat it, but was afraid.

What are your experiences, specifically in Mexico?
