First of all, Idk what "kitbashing" really mean but I think cutting of the sprues, glue it together and apply thick Astrogranite to it means this is technically "kitbashing" right?

Anyways, I want to ask the community how did I do with (whatever this is) my Bladeguard Ancient and The Forge Father Vulkan He'stan?

I'm gonna paint the Bladeguard Ancient as someone who are standing in front of the lava pit, basically aura-farm in front of whats left of an Iron Warriors.

For the Forge Father Vulkan He'stan, well just a simple standing on the edge of a short cliff in front of lava pool type of thing.

So yeah just that. Why do you guys think? What would you guys change or add if you can?

I try to wash my infernus squad sarge with the Agarax Earthshade shade and I think I messed up here... I try to achieve that grimdark battle worn look but I think Its kinda messed up? What do you guys think?

I don't think it look bad personally but I think I need to fix the eyes and pyroblasters... As a first timer, what do you think I should fix and what area that are needed to be improve?
