Looking for a female subletter (non-smoking) August 1st. Lease takeover September 1st.

• $2,200 per month (including utilities), could go up to $2,300 during lease renewal 9/1

• Renting a room in a 4 bed 2 bath duplex. In-building Washer/Dryer and in-unit dishwasher!

• 2 min walk to Grand/Graham L stop, 10 min walk to Lorimer L/G, 2 stops to Bedford. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops nearby.

• Spacious room that fits a Queen bed and has big closet. Downstairs but still get decent natural light! You will also have access to our private backyard. Sharing with 3 female friendly, clean, working professionals (mid to late 20’s)!
