Why does there ALWAYS have to be something to worry about...

Like eveytime I feel like I'm doing better, my brain finds something to worry about, even if its completely fine up until that point. It's like I NEED soemthing to worry about and I can't just exist normally XD

Feeling super low energy after compuslions?

My OCD today has just been blaring at me all morning, and then finally calmed down maybe like 1/2pm (BST). But now I'm so low energy and have been on my bed practically all day. I'm not finding enjoyment in things I usually would like scrolling or watching youtube etc.
I still have some ongoing intrusive thoughts from the morning but they're manageable for the second - But are making it hard to fully concentrate tasks...

How do break this? :(

Second date Heart Rate

This was my heart rate graph for a second date - worried about the peak being so high and is this average normal? Obviously you can see it's across almost 5 hours!!

Using a Google pixel 4 watch

Is high BPM unusual for a date?

Recently went out on a second date, my watch was tracking my bpm the whole time.

When I met her, my bpm spiked to ~190bpm for about a minute before settling, but the whole date was recorded as a 'workout' by my watch because my average BPM across the date was 134.

My resting heart rate is around 64bpm every day, and I'm a healthy weight and would say healthy overall, except for recent amounts of high stress.

Is this normal? Or something I should bring to the doctor?
Thanks!

How to feel rhythm when bass feels slow

Occasionally (and more frequently now), I pick up my bass and it just feels like songs are super slow which makes playing hard ones much easier!

You think that would be good right? Well when the songs feel easy and not fast, I lose my sense of groove. I feel like the rhythms are right but they don't *feel* right?

If anyone else experiences this, let me know how you cope with this feeling of slowness

Edit: I'm not actually playing different songs - a slower tempo is not messing me up. It's the feeling of slow that comes occasionally and makes a faster song feel slower

I'm nearly done with the show, and I love listing to orchestral music on walks;

Just wondering if anyone has listened to the soundtracks alone and can recommend any individual songs? There's so many!
