I just wanted to come on here and ask you, if it was worth it for you to go on hormones?

My gender switches often, but I find myself more and more thinking about it and I wanted to know if you guys sometimes regret going on hrt - because that is honestly my biggest fear, that I will some day feel like my birth gender and regret changing my body.

i identify as genderfluid for a while now and the only real issue with my body is that i cant sleep because im getting hyperaware of my chest (im afab) - they arent even that big but as soon as im turning on my side and when im able to feel them squashing together, i cant find sleep anymore :,)

I wanted to ask for some advice on how i can prevent that? Is there a save binding method or anything? pls help
