Quick question. I just saw through the US postal service app that a law office I have never heard of has sent me a certified letter. It was sent to an address where I haven't lived for over a year, and addressed to a name that I haven't used for four years (due to a legal name change). The house has new owners who I don't know and have never met in person.

The law firm has a website and is presumably legit, but it's kind of an all-purpose practice so I can't get any real clues from the site. I'm not aware of any ongoing legal actions against me, and I can't think of any reason why anyone would be suing me.

I could probably contact the firm through their website, but I'm considering whether I can just ignore the letter instead of trying to track it down. My thought is that if they have all of the information wrong, it's not worth creating any paper trail for them by contacting them to ask what it's about. Thoughts?

Update: I called the number on the law office website, and apparently it has been changed or disconnected. They do have an email listed, but I would really prefer to ask my questions without opening it up for them to send me a lot of emails. I also checked and there's really no way I can obtain the letter they sent, other than having strangers open it.

When you go to visit Mr. Hands in person during PL, he's on the phone with his daughter as you come up to his office. Apparently Hands is promising to help his daughter search for "her" as soon as he gets home. Aside from this being absolutely adorable and the reason Hands is my favorite fixer, do we ever find out what exactly the "her" is?

I'm personally thinking a hamster, but the last time I played through it seemed like maybe it was her mother that was missing, which would be very not adorable. What do you think, chooms?
