Outlier account removed despite oracle status and good rating
Hey everyone,
I’m really upset and confused about what happened to my Outlier account.
I had Oracle status, was doing well, and had a good rating. I always tried to follow the rules and submit good work, but my account was suddenly removed without a clear reason.
Now I have no access to my account at all, and my last payment was not paid either.
My last project was Pixel Smith. The task time was only 7 minutes, but that was not enough for many tasks because the image requirements only showed after opening the task. Finding the right image took extra time, so my average was around 9 minutes. Even with that, my rating on the project was above 4, so I don’t understand why this happened.
I don’t think I broke any rules. I was just trying to do the tasks properly and meet the requirements.
Has anyone here had their account removed and got it back later? And does anyone know what I can do about the unpaid payment?
