I love fo4 just for the settlements alone and i have spent hours building them. I love building and decorating in games in general, and i would like another game that lets me build indoors and outdoors, preferably with something else to do that isn't only just building (story, NPCs to talk to, rpg elements or whathever)

I have already played other games that let me build like fallout76, terraria, stardew valley, animal crossing new horizons, but nothing scratches that ick
