Since last bill they added a phone coverage plan to my iPhone 16 pro max for 12.1 . We didn’t noticed until this month bill. We bought the phone from apple and have warranty plan with apple more than a year ago. Verizon just randomly added the coverage plan without my consent or confirmation. The thing is when I ask them to remove it and refund . The customer service said will do it as an exception!? Wtf?! Isn’t it illegal to bill something I didn’t approve?! Then required me to click link to confirm to remove the plan. I said when you add the plan to my bill you didn’t ask me to confirm. And now you want me to confirm to remove it? What kind of scam is it?
