Hi everyone, just wanted to ask for some ideas regarding salary expectations.

I’m currently a call center agent handling a telco account, and I currently have 6 months experience. I’m planning to stay 6 more months so I can complete 1 year total experience before applying to another company.

Just curious, for someone with 1 year telco BPO experience, how much should be a reasonable asking salary when applying to a new company here in the Philippines?

What are the usual salary ranges now for agents with 1 year experience, especially if coming from telco account?

Would appreciate any advice or real experiences. Thanks!
