Hi everyone,

I recently applied for a part-time job at Telstra. I received a phone call saying that the Chermside store would contact me by the end of the month.

However, I still haven't received any call, email, or text from the store.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is it normal for the store to take longer than expected to get in touch, or should I follow up with them?

I've been applying for Telstra Retail part time Consultant and Sales roles around Brisbane for several months but keep getting rejected before reaching the interview stage.

I currently work at Woolworths and have customer service experience, so I'm trying to understand what might be missing from my application.
