Hey guys, I'm getting my second bachelors at USF and wanted to do on-campus housing at first since the school said I had higher chances of getting my own room, bathroom, and a kitchen. But when they sent the assignment, I'd have to share my room, bathroom, and no kitchen, and it was more expensive than the off-campus apartment that I just paid the rent for. I tried to cancel it, but they're asking for documentation, and they're saying that they might not be able to process the cancellation if I don't provide anything. What should I do? Would showing them my lease for off-campus housing be valid? And I also saw on the website that I'd have to pay $1,000 for cancellation fee. Is that correct?
