Low clicking sound

I've got a '22 Hyundai Veloster N. I hear a subtle clicking sound when turning the steering wheel. The sound is not coming from the steering wheel itself and happens at 4 distinct points when turning to the left, and 4 points when turning to the right. Could not replicate sound on the lift. Thinking CV axle / joint, but not sure how to further diagnose before pulling the trigger on parts. Can anyone help?

I have a '22 Ultra Black VN MT. 94k on the odometer, just a tad over 60k on the motor (got a warranty replacement at around 32k.)

Quite a bit of paint chips on the hood, and dings in the bumper, and a crack in the windshield from rocks up north.

Has AEM intake, jb4, lowering springs (unsure of the brand) resonator delete, and its on staggered 18" oz superleggeras.

What would be a reasonable list price?
