Today I got scammed by Amazon fresh delivery person he gave a short call and immediately marked the order as delivered. Even though I checked immediately he did not even come to my location I even checked out everywhere. I called him back so many times there is no response. I have ordered some heavy rice bag and atta bags worth 1300/- just to get scammed. I just missed his call and this scam happened.
Raised complaint today hoping to get the refund back. Customer service agent told me that they will investigate it and will update in few days. Please let me know what should I do on this matter to atleast get the refund. I have valid proofs can I go to consumer court forum?
