AITA for wanting to talk things out with someone I was ignoring?

I F(22) want to call this guy (25) so bad as to talk things out.

We have been on and off for a year now. We work together so I see him at least twice a week.

You might think that the best solution is to call him and actually try to talk things out, but the problem is that ....he sees no problem??

He rather avoids any type of talk or conflict.

Every time I try to address something that is going on (which is almost always me who initiates), he seems genuinely confused. I talked to him before and we both admitted our feelings but also not wanting to have anything serious right now. But it is still affecting both of us (I thought before, but I guess it's only affecting me)

It feels like I our relationship is just for free emotional dependency. But I am kinda tired of playing house, and suddenly enemies.

Now I am distancing myself and trying just move on, it does make me feel guilty though to ignore him.

Should I tell him my decision? Because right now it's becoming a bit awkward, and ngl painful as he now also is ignoring me.
