I am wondering if that is the case… It seems to be from my recent observations.
The people that make the most noise in my street for example are the least respectful ones. They seem to be the least educated, and also least intelligent. And also the poorest (judging by superficial appearances)
So I wonder… are the louder people the less intelligent ones?
I live near a mosque in Antwerp and there is chanting that can be heard outside almost every evening. I understand and respect freedom of religion, but the sound carries quite far and after a while it has started affecting my peace at home, especially when trying to relax in the evening.
I’m trying to figure out what the best and most reasonable approach is here. Has anyone dealt with something similar?
I’m not looking to start conflict, I just want to understand what options realistically exist in Belgium/Antwerp for recurring neighborhood noise like this.
