Got pre-approved by another bank for a home loan with a LOW interest rate.

Now suddenly, loan processing is ON HOLD because the developer hasn’t completed compliance requirements. Not my issue, but I’m the one getting hit.

They’re telling me to go elsewhere, but rates are way higher. So basically, I’m losing my preferred financing option because of delays I can’t control.

Target takeout is June, developer isn’t giving clear answers, and time is running out.

If they keep dragging this, where should I escalate? DHSU? Somewhere else?

Anyone been through this and actually got results?
