What kind of Hairstyle would this be considered? Would this kind of Hair Style look good if the hair color was red (Natural Ginger)?

I have a more round face, potentially Feminine features- Should I worry about those factors?

I have never had my hair cut extremely short so I'd like to know everyone's thoughts before I take a chance.
