3 failed transfers, unexplained infertility - help a desperate girl out please 💕

As the title says - 3 failed transfers.. no implantation. I’m getting desperate so looking for some help from you ivf gurus because I am willing to try anything at this point. Please please please help me! Any advice is appreciated!

I’ve had one previous natural missed miscarriage of twins (lost them both) which resulted in retained products that needed to be removed surgically.

I’ve just had a hysteroscopy that showed everything looked good, although awaiting the biopsy to check that I don’t have chronic endometritis.

I’ve also had bloods that rule out clotting issues, and lupus etc. everything’s coming back normal.

I live in a country that don’t recommend genetic testing.. which I know might be the main issue. I’m 32 (although 33 on Sunday).

We’ve tried a fully medicated cycle but it appears my body doesn’t seem to like that. We then did two modified natural cycles (my own oestrogen, but progesterone support with trigger shot). My lining has reached 7.1mm (medicated), 7.8mm and 7.4mm each time. For my first transfer I did PIO every other day and pessaries daily, but I spotted throughout. For my second I did PIO daily (HATED it) and pessaries daily. For my third I did lubion daily (this was fine!) and daily pessaries.

For all three I’ve bled before my official testing day - but the one where I did daily PIO I only bled on day 10. For the one doing daily lubion it was just brown blood and light until day 10 when it started to get redder and more period like.

Does anyone have any idea on where to go with this ahead of my next transfer? I’m fortunate that I have three embryos left, but now that the hysteroscopy has been normal I’m a bit anxious that we won’t change anything because there’s seemingly nothing to fix.
