So here’s the situation:
My best friend and I met about two years ago. I’ve known I’m bisexual since I was 13, and he’s aware of it. Recently, I’ve started liking him as more than just a friend, but he doesn’t know about my feelings.
Lately, he’s been acting more “gay” around me, and it’s making me wonder what’s really going on. We’ve shared a bed several times and sometimes we spoon. I usually end up being the big spoon, but I don’t stay in that position for long because I get hard at night and I don’t want to make him uncomfortable.
We’ve also seen and touched each other’s private parts before, but it wasn’t in a sexual way and neither of us was hard. We’ve lightly kissed (pecked) each other multiple times, but always while drunk.
There was one other night when we were drunk but still clear-headed and able to remember everything. He let me undress him down to his underwear while he was lying down. Just to clarify: we were about to sleep, but he didn’t want to change out of his dirty clothes, so I took them off for him. He didn’t resist at all — he just lay there and let me do it.
All these things have me confused. They make me think he might be attracted to me too… but it could also just mean he’s extremely comfortable with me as his best friend.
What do you guys think? Is he possibly into me, or am I reading too much into it because of my own feelings?
Any honest advice would be appreciated.
