Customer Suppt. Is awful for a faulty product, will not buy from SS ever again.

Bought the Arctic Gamebuds and loved them. One day my right bud started ringing (similar to a hearing aid) and was not working properly in general, so I of course submitted a ticket for a warranty replacement as they were only 4 months old as the incident happened.

After canceling my first warranty request, I finally got another warranty ticket submitted. After days of waiting for a response, I was then told that I need to “Destroy my device”. Are you kidding me? I’ve had warranty issues and replacements but never been asked to destroy a product (I’ve had items over 1,000 USD for warranty, with never being asked to destroy my product) that I have paid for.

I destroyed them, ripped the ends off with pliers as asked by the company. It’s been DAYS since this happened with no response on my “Third Step” so that I may have them send me new earbuds to my address. Now I’m out earbuds in general for work, my gaming hobby, trips and work related phone calls.

If my device in total was defunct and not working I wouldn’t care, but my left earbud worked fine and now I have nothing without spending X amount of $ in the meantime.

Will never be buying another product from them, absolutely ridiculous. As if their customer service wasn’t hard enough to find, and get a proper ticket submitted considering they throw everything they can in the way of you making a ticket.

Sony Bravia 4K VH22 keeps shutting off.

Bought this TV not even a year ago, 60 inch. One day it randomly shut off and turned back on. Now it shuts off, turns itself back on, and then shuts off before you can do anything.

I have unplugged the Tv itself for more than an hour and plugged it back in which made it work for some hours before returning to this.

We have turned off the Eco modes, power saving modes and anything that may shut the Tv off or triggering itself to turn off.

I have applied all updates, which worked for some hours again before shutting itself off and repeating. Even have factory reset the entire TV which again, only worked for some hours.

Yes, I have also taken the batteries out of the remote to see if this is being triggered by a faulty remote or something enabling the power button.

Any help would be much appreciated. I do have a protection plan on this TV, but previously working at geek squad my experience with the repair team is that it does not go very well, including all the waiting times for something to be done. I’m really hoping this isn’t sounding like a motherboard issue or something that’s deeply internal, but it’s starting to look that way after everything I’ve tried. Thank you.
