Why are humans like this???? All just talking over each other with stuff we are reading online?? Always arguing always dismissive. Hating each other. So many people don’t even have first hand experience for their opinions???? This is an insufferable world to live in.

Hey so how do you guys raise your ferritin levels? Im at 12ng/ml. And i know it’s contributing to my issues. 2 docs now have said thats a normal number, whenever so much info online says thats really low. When i take oral iron, it makes sibo worse. And i am not getting approved for iron infusions.

I bought iron patches but i feel like its gonna take forever.
