Found this in my kitchen today and I'm extremely worried that this could be a bedbug shell--had a recent scare after about a week ago a couple of bedbugs hitchhiked home with me from the car of a friend (now former friend) who works frequently with the homeless population and apparently is not taking proper precautions against infestations. I killed the couple of bedbugs I saw and have not seen any, alive or dead, since (I had my mattresses/couch sprayed and have traps set up), but this has caused me a really severe amount of emotional distress.
