Ordered an upper November 23rd 2025, no word from Aero for a couple months, sent an email to customer support in December got no response. Called them in February and they said they would send a refund but it had to be by a mailed check for some reason. I have called and emailed back and forth since then and it is now May. Nearly 400 dollars and 7 months later I don’t think I’ll ever get a refund. I wish someone would have warned me.
