So I started a load with this laundry cleaner but it just filled up with water. I googled it and apparently this washer won’t fully do its load if it doesn’t have enough weight. So I googled it and it suggested to add a towel so I did that and it didn’t work. So I spent like 15 minutes bailing out the water to make it lighter in weight to go on a spin cycle to get water out. That didn’t work until I bailed a ton of water out and then it finally started the spin cycle and I left. But I came back and looked now but it didn’t finish the load it just refilled with water? What do I do? Idk what’s happening? Can anyone pls help TYSM I know I’m dumb sorry please
