alright so a couple months ago i used Madison Reed Natural Black hair dye on my hair and it just didn’t grow on me. in attempt to remove it and restore my natural (dirty blonde) hair, i opted with the oops color remover and applied it TWICE, rinsing for over 45 minutes and it only removed a small amount. my hair still looks pretty dark/brown-red.

any advice ? (do i js have to let it grow out?)
