I didn’t realize when life started getting this quiet.
Not the peaceful kind of quiet… the kind that echoes.
Where you reach for someone to tell something to, and then remember there’s no one left who would really understand.
It’s strange how life teaches you—
not through guidance, but through loss.
You lose people, you lose versions of yourself, you lose the feeling that someone out there has your back.

And slowly, you stop expecting things.
You stop hoping messages will come, that someone will check in, that things will feel the way they used to.
You just… adapt.

That’s the hardest lesson life ever gave me—
not how to be strong,
but how to be okay with being alone.
