There is one manager at the store that is just so much stricter than the others. The main issue I have is that he won’t let colleagues go upstairs to clock out until 9:57. He expects us to still be working. Then when it comes to leaving the building, we have to wait for him. Sometimes we have to wait until 10:03 for him to come down with his stuff. I have a train to catch and sometimes miss my train if he doesn’t let us out at 10pm. What are your thoughts? I think the latest he ever let us out was 10:05.
