Pain after microscopic varicocelectomy
Hi guys!
I want to share my concern, I'm 30M and i was diagnosed with B/L varicocele last year (grade 3 on left with dull pain and grade 1 on right side with no pain) so i underwent a microscopic varicocelectomy of Left side only not B/L 4 months back
After surgery, I had post Op pain on L side which i think was normal as complete resolution take some time. But last month i started a gym with moderate excersises but after leg day, right scrotal pain started which become worse as i had no pain on R side before surgery. There wasn't any complain of swelling, nausea vomiting or any redness just pain. So i leave the gym to see the response and pain become less severe but still feeling moderate pain on R side and mild pain on L side.
Then i went to my urologist, who examine me and says nothing to worry about just keep wearing underwear and it will resolve by it own and no need of Ultrasound or any other tests.
So I'm so much concerned because pain is still not resolving after 3 weeks of skipping gym. I'm still skinny with very less facial hairs and low serum testosterone levels before surgery.
So kindly recommend any good urologist and andrologist in karachi and guide me what to do next?
