My Outlier account was permanently deactivated after completing the Aether S2S assessment

I’ve had my Outlier account for almost 2 years with no policy violations or warnings.

A few days ago, I received an official invitation to take the Aether S2S assessment. After completing it, the page got stuck on the loading screen when I clicked Submit. The next day, I found that my account had been permanently deactivated.

I contacted Support, but I only received a generic response saying I violated the Community Guidelines, with no explanation or case review.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows if there’s any way to get my account reinstated?

My Outlier account was permanently deactivated after completing the Aether S2S assessment

I’ve had my Outlier account for almost 2 years and never had any issues or policy warnings.

A few days ago, I received an official email inviting me to complete the Aether S2S assessment. I completed the assessment, but when I clicked Submit, the page got stuck loading and never finished.

The next day, I tried logging into Outlier and found that my account had been permanently deactivated.

I contacted Support and Account Access, but they only sent me the same generic response saying I violated the Community Guidelines without explaining what I did wrong. They also refused to review my case again or provide any details.

Is there anything I can do to get my account back?
