I'm trying to make a better cobblestone generator. Can someone tell me what I'm doing differently in the first picture (test world) and the second picture (Skyblock world)? Why is the water acting differently with the exact same setup? Version is 26.1.2 btw

This is how he always is. I've never questioned it before, but I was recently looking into beardie health and saw that this posture isn't normal. I have UVA and UVB lighting and 90-95 degree basking spot with the hottest heat lamp from the reptile store (I'm looking for a hotter one very soon) Is there any other cause for this, and is it a problem in the first place?
