Hey everyone, so I’ve been going down a bit of a rabbit hole lately and kept seeing people talk about taking creatine with electrolytes. From what I’ve read online it supposedly helps with absorption since electrolytes help push nutrients into your muscle cells more efficiently, and just generally keeps you better hydrated which makes the whole thing work better anyway.

I’ve been on creatine for a while now and it’s been doing its thing, but now I’m second guessing whether I’m leaving anything on the table by not pairing it with electrolytes lol.

So do you guys actually do this? Do you just throw them in the same shaker or keep them separate? And did you notice any real difference? Also if you’ve got a specific electrolyte product you swear by I’m all ears because there’s way too many options out there and I have no idea where to start.
