SSS Miscarriage Benefit
This is my first time kasi and i don’t know what to prepare. Last week was my first ultrasound to confirm pregnancy, confirmed naman na 6 weeks na but no heartbeat. So nirecommend ni OB to do follow up ultrasound after a week. I had my 2nd ultrasound yesterday and turns out, di na makita yung yolk sac and yung embryo. So it’s also confirmed as early pregnancy loss.
I have my OB appointment na on Tuesday but i still have to go to work on Monday. I’m planning to tell my manager na para din she can connect with HR to file this sa SSS.
Ang question ko ay, what kind of documents po kaya ang need? May forms po ba from SSS na i would need to print out para mapirmahan na agad ni OB sa Tuesday?
Then according sa ChatGPT kasi, the 60 days maternity leave can start immediately kahit di pa nafafile ng HR. Kahit the moment you found out, pwede na siya magstart. So i’m wondering po if possible ba na starting Tuesday na yung bilang nung 60 days? Parang di ko na kasi kaya mag work (mentally) to wait para mafile ng HR eh 😔
