Hiii - having a hard time finding a roommate! I realize everyone wants luxury buildings now but I have a great underrated apt. Lived here 3 years and have had no issues and love it. Cons are it’s ground floor so no natural light but no issues with pests or rodents in the apartment ever.

Looking for a roommate to sign a year long lease with me in my EV (st marks place and 2nd Ave) apartment.
Room can fit a full sized bed and dresser. Has a closet and private en suite bathroom.
Apartment is clean and cozy! Lived here 3 years and love it.
Features:
-Private outdoor space (patio connected to my room but open to roommate using it)
-Small kitchen with: microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher (no oven but I do have an air fryer that you're welcome to use)
-Living area will be furnished with dining table and couch
-your bedroom will be unfurnished but comes with your own en suite bathroom (Such a perk!!)
-Ground level (minimal natural light)
-Back side of the building so super quiet!
-Utilities usually range from $80 to $100 depending on season (WiFi and con Ed total)
Closest Subways:
-4 minute walk from the 6 train,
-6 minute walk to R and W trains
-7 minute walk from the F train and 9 minute walk from the L train
-3 minute walk to Wegmans/CVS
-10 minute walk to Whole Foods/Trader Joes
-wash and fold just a block away, less than 5 mins and self service also 5 min walk
About me: I am 31 and have lived in the city for 4 years now. Love this apartment and the location is unbeatable. I love going out to eat, walking around and trying new cocktail bars, workout classes etc. I am in office 5 days a week in finance so apartment is quiet and yours all day. I am all things bravo and pop culture!
