Light tan paint-like drippings on window, assumed a messy paint job but feel like it would’ve been noticed much sooner considering my fiancé and I have been living here for just a year and replaced the curtain that goes in front of this window. Also seems to be trailing up the window in an odd way towards the top. May not be a pest issue at all just an impressively odd paint splatter, but any/all help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
