I have a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4.7L V8 2WD

That needed a tune up (changed all spark plugs coil packs and wires) paid $1,100 at a mechanic (husband is currently there getting it fixed) I’ve been going back and forth about this for the last two hours could we have done this ourself? I’ve seen 50/50 about Rams spark plugs being hard to replace on your own, but also being able to do it yourself.
