I got a DUI out of state (DC) and my home state (MD) is revoking my license, however I can request a hearing. Is it worth battling having my license revoked in this situation and or should I pay to have a have hearing? I’m just not sure of my luck and i’m taking the situation seriously — mainly I need my car for work.
