Hi everyone. Since August last year I have lost 25kg and about 8 inches off my waist. I have done it by tracking calories - trying to stay around 1200, and doing daily yoga. I started at about 105 kg and now I’m 80. I’m 5’7 so it’s quite significant and I’m now just ‘overweight’ rather than obese. I’m pretty chuffed with it, however recently it has pretty much stalled. My waist size has stayed the same since March and the weight loss has slowed right down. It’s so frustrating. I haven’t changed anything! I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch, with a varied dinner but it’s just not shifting. I can’t cut anymore without being absolutely starving.
I don’t know what to do. I need to lose another 15-20 kg. Helpppp.
