My surgeon completely ruined my side profile
First of all i want to apollgise for my English, it’s not my first language but I tried my best. Around a year ago i got premolar extractions ( 2 teeth from upper jaw) because i wanted to finally have straight teeth and also because i was told it was the only option which i later discovered that it was a lie. My surgeon had not explained any potential bas things that can come with premolar extractions such as completely fucked side profile. I was 16 at the time and didn’t know much About any of these things so i blindly trusted him. Also she didn’t gave any paperwork to my parents to sign About me and them being informed About potential consequences. Recently i reached out to an airway orthodontist and he said that it would cost around 5000€ euros for them to fix everything my previous surgeon had done wrong. But here’s the thing, I don’t how that much money since im a 18 year old student and i don’t come from a rich family either. Is there a chance i can get money from the surgeon who extracted my teeth since she basically broke the law? Also here’s two pictures of my side before (1st one) and after and yes it’s the same angle i already checked. And also im feeling more tired than ever before while sleeping 8h everyday. Please tell me what to do i really want it fixed like it was before.
