Can someone check their Apex to see if these readings are normal?

My Apex 300 50a plug is getting strange readings.

When plugged into the 110v wall outlet -

L1 to ground 242 volts - Why is this 242
L2 to ground 0 volts - Why is this 0

L1 to neutral 121 volts - Normal
L2 to neutral 122 volts - Normal

Ground to Neutral 120 volts - Why is this not 0?

When UNplugged from 110v wall outlet -

L1 to ground 127 volts - This seems high
L2 to ground 108 volts - This seems low

L1 to neutral 118 volts - Normal
L2 to neutral 118 volts - Normal

Ground to Neutral 9 volts - This should not be here?
