Have an F250 that I took in for an oil change and rotation at 60k. Do all my fuel/air filters myself because it's cheaper. This dealership was $70 more than normal, which was weird because every dealership I have been to has been within $10 of each other, depending on the state. Now have the engine tick, which, from what I have researched, is normal? Can someone tell me if that is the case? I also now have a good pull to the right after they rotated the tires. Tires are still factory, so they are worn, but I have never had such a bad pull after any rotation. Did they screw something up, or is it just the tires? TIA
