Hi! My brother and I are planning to take our parents for a family trip in Cebu in Nov. Nung nag check ako sa Ceb Pac, our flight would costs 23k for 4pax. Is this the normal price for a Mnl to Ceb flight? Or is this an effect of the fuel surchage? Thank you.
