How do I fix my screw up?

Full disclaimer: I know I messed up but how can I make it stop.

I started semaglutide on 5/10 with the .25. that entire week was great. No real issues. Ate small meals. Stopped when I felt full.

I messed up on 5/17 and ate a big late dinner. I then realized it was injection day and almost contemplated not taking. I took it.

Monday I felt sick all day. I know it was because of the big meal just sitting on my stomach. Monday night I threw up a lot. Tuesday wasn't horrible nausea wise but didn't eat much at all. Wednesday felt more nauseous and all night I have been throwing up and liquid jet diarrhea. The worst part is I'm still throwing up stuff from Sunday night. The sulfur burps are so bad.

Is there anything I can help to speed up the process of breaking the food down or to flush it out? At this point I'm not opposed to some magnesium citrate. Or do I just have to let this play out?

[SFH] [TN] - HOA granting authority to 3rd Party

Our HOA released new Pool Rules for this season and they added a rule that we had to Listen and Comply with the Pool Security guards. An email sent out with the rules from the HOA Board also stated: "Any instructions from them are to be followed they are in charge at the pool even if they ask you not to do something that the rules say you can do. If you don’t agree with them just comply and bring your concerns to the HOA."

I went to the pool today and they asked me to sign in despite having an assigned pool card to badge into the locked pool. I refused as there are no rules requiring us to sign in.

I later emailed the property manager for clarification. He states: "The Board does have the authority to instruct the vendor on certain tasks that do not need to be broadcasted to the community. It's simple. Either abide by the authority they have, granted by the Board, or don't access the pool."

I do not believe that our HOA can grant a third party any authority that goes beyond the scope of enforcing anything that is not recorded in the bylaws, our covenants or adopted rules. I do not think that they can give a third party the ability to enforce rules that do not exist at the discretion of the pool security company.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? This seems to be a bit of an overreach.
