Carvana is a scam.

My husband and I bought a carvana car for $13k and the transmission gave out after one month. I called carvana and begged them several times to make an acception. They danced me around for months. Because I was slighly over the mileage when I put it in the shop and called Carvana, they told me to bug off. Several times. I sent the car to multiple shops that couldn't fix it and then got the call from a third shop that it will be $10k to fix the transmission. Then I got serious. I read over every inch of the contract (after the fact like the young adult idiot that I am). I noticed that my rights to any court proceedings outside of arbitration were waived. Great! The car is too old to qualify for lemon laws in my State and Carvana has "no legal obligation" to help me. I can't roll it into another loan, or trade it in with Carvana because " it's against their policy to offer anything if they can't test drive it". I'm 24, my husband is 23 and we have a one year old baby girl. We're going to end up homeless if we can't figure this out and get my husband to work. Carvana is the biggest car buying scam. They have thousands of OPEN BBB complaints. Their shady business practices are going to cost us everything.

Not sure what to do

I recently bought a car from Carvana and the transmission completely gave out on me within a month. I took out a $13k loan with 25% APR. I know that's awful but it's the only option I had at the moment. My husband and I are very young and we've been working to rebuild our credit. Anyway, it would cost me $10k to fix the transmission and that's out of the question for us. Carvana won't cover the cost or trade it in. I can't get approved to roll it over into another loan, nor can I trade it in with Carvana. My husband works full time, (I'm a SAHM) but we've had to penny pinch for the last few months that the car has been in the shop, because he can't make it to work (he's a journeyman). If we let the car get repo'd, which is looking to be very likely, it will destroy our credit. We worked really hard to get where we are. I don't know what to do or where to start. Any help is appreciated.
