Rictor 🐀 made first contact with Anton 🐈 today
Don't worry they can't actually get to each other, but I am thinking of sealing the gap now that they've found it.

So my kitten Anton was a bit too young when we adopted him from an oops-litter out in the country. I think this is why he has developed a little habit of suckling on my hand like he wants milk. It's very cute and it doesn't hurt, it's actually a pretty useful trick getting him to fall asleep. Needless to say I don't mind the behavior but I worry that it could become a problem somehow?

Mainly I've just never had a kitten this young so I'm asking you nice redditors if this will make him bitey or unhealthily attached or something else I'm not thinking of.

I don't want to discourage this if it poses no issues since he finds it so comforting, but if there's any reason I should stop him for his own well-being please let me know. Otherwise, this is just an excuse to tell the Internet that my kitten is adorable.
Autocannibalism????
He's eating his feet???! What kind of punishment stew do you all recommend to circumvent this behavior? /j
We're so back
