Hi all, I’m currently dehydrating some A. muscaria for the first time and was wondering how long I should boil it for to convert more muscimol into the water for a tea.

I have 5 medium sized caps (which I haven’t measured yet - waiting for them to dry) and I’m taking them for anti anxiety and sleep aid.

Any input is appreciated. Thank you in advance
