350 vs 375 vs 400cc? Trying to stay natural-looking
Hi everyone, I’m struggling to decide between 350cc, 375cc or 400cc implants and would really appreciate some opinions from people with similar stats/results.
I’m:
- 31
- 5ft4
- around 125lbs / 57kg
- currently around a 32B
- slim waist / athletic build
- No kids (but I would like to in the future)
I naturally have a bigger bum and thicker legs (genetics + weight training), so my goal is mainly to add more volume up top to balance my proportions and give more of an hourglass look, but I really don’t want to overwhelm my frame, look obviously fake, or end up uncomfortable long-term.
I have seen two surgeons in London so far:
- Dr Allen Rezai recommended 375cc Mentor high profile textured silicone
- Dr Linda Fiumara recommended 350cc Mentor high profile “soft” silicone, although she did say 400cc is probably the biggest I could get away with while looking natural
I’m leaning more toward 350 or 375 with Dr Linda because I personally prefer her results and she prefers soft silicone due to lower risk of BII.
I keep reading that high profile implants can sometimes create that very round/high upper pole look, which I’m NOT a fan of. I prefer a softer natural slope. So I’m wondering:
- would moderate plus profile potentially suit me better?
- or am I too narrow / short-torsoed for moderate plus?
I’ve attached:
- photos with actual implants inside the white vest
- photos with proper sizers inside the grey bra (these are meant to look more realistic)
- photos of my natural breasts nude and in a bikini
Would really appreciate honest opinions from anyone with similar stats/body type, especially athletic girls or anyone who was deciding between these sizes 🙏
