What radar do I get?

I know this question is asked a lot but I’m genuinely stuck between r3,r4 or r7. I live in Calgary and I’m 18 years old I don’t speed like crazy but normally I’m going 10-20 over, I have to drive to uni next year so I’ll be driving a lot more. I would put my money into modding my car but it’s very old and I don’t want to run the risk of it breaking down. I have like 500-900 I could spend (500 allocated, and I could use 400 of my personal money) and want to know what the best option was. Thanks in advance

This is the IKEA setup, two Alex drawers. I've wanted this setup since grade 7, even before I had a computer, and now, ending grade 12, I've finally been able to get it!

Let me know what i should add. I've gotten some cacti, but I don't know if they would survive. my window is on the other side of the room, and some LEGOs.
