I (21M) remember that when I was in elementary school, I loved to watch horror short films, one of the few that I didn't want to rewatch because it scared young me was an animated one, the plot is that in the ruins of a city, a little girl is hanging around and meets an entity that has a smiley face mask covering its face, I remember it having a body that looked that a mechanical centipede, and does nothing to the girl for most of the short.

Eventually, the girl takes the entity's mask off, which causes it to attack and kill the girl, then it puts its mask back off and acts like nothing happened, since then, I haven't been able to find this short, if somebody knows it it would be cool to watch it again.
